  • 7 p.m. – Cycle – Sarah
  • 7 pm – 8:30 pm – Uptown Dance – Leta

Wednesday

  • 6:00 p.m. – Tabata + Abs – Olga
  • 7:00 p.m. – Zumba – Jonathan

Thursday

  • 9:30 a.m. – Cycle – Olga
  • 5:30 p.m. – Cardio Blast- Catherine
  • 6:00 p.m. – Pilates – Catherine
  • 7:00 p.m. – Core De Force – Stacey

Friday

  • 6 – 9:30 p.m. – Uptown Dance – Leta

Saturday

  • 8:30 a.m. – Butts & Gutts – Olga
  • 9:30 a.m. – Zumba – Gilda & Jonathan
  • 9:30 a.m. – Cycle – Olga
  • 12 – 4:30 p.m. – Uptown Dance – Leta
