Is the Tabata class only 30 minutes long? Will there additional classes added on the weekend?
Tabata classes are 45 minutes and yes starting this week we’ll have 5 additional classes including Saturday and Sunday!
Where can I find the class descriptions? Also can you recommend some classes that would be good for a beginner?

You can find class descriptions under the schedule tab. Zumba, Yoga and muscle conditioning classes are good for beginners.
Can I join Zumba classes on any day of the week? Any day better for a new member?
Any day that works for you is fine, the instructor can modify if need it!
